We believe in open, honest, and respectful communication and doing what we say—every time.Job OverviewThe Data Centre Logistics Associate L1 is responsible for safely moving all parts into, out of, and around the warehouse and data centre environment. Using a variety of technology and equipment, this role supports the Logistics Team in the daily execution of service operations to defined standards, ensuring compliance and contributing to excellent service quality and customer engagement.This is a full-time, onsite position in a dynamic environment that includes a large warehouse, data centre, and internal transport services.How You Will Make An ImpactCollaborate with a team of logistics operators, working both independently and together.Execute operations proactively, compliantly, and effectively.Follow Standard Operating Practices and Work Instructions with precision.Maintain strict inventory control and perform accurate system transactions.Ensure timely and accurate shipments and receipts.Transport inventory by hand, material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks), and box truck (no commercial driver’s licence required), adhering to all safety protocols.Perform additional duties as assigned, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.Contribute to overall service delivery excellence.Support team workload execution, monitor quality, identify improvement opportunities, and foster service knowledge growth.Maintain 5S standards across all operational areas.Escalate service non-compliance issues promptly to support resolution.Participate in all assigned training to support role responsibilities.Provide proactive customer service support to clients and internal teams.What You Will Need To SucceedWillingness to be challenged and learn new skills.Inventory control capabilities and ability to manage priorities and workflow.Proficiency with computers, iPads, and iPhones.Ability to work in a physically demanding, dynamic environment.Capability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Initiative to complete tasks independently.Flexibility to manage changing workload priorities.Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.Understanding of workplace safety fundamentals.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent customer service orientation.Ability to safely lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.Alignment with EOS Core Values: sense of urgency, collaboration, open honest respectful communication, doing what we say, and going above and beyond.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of operations experience.1+ years of material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution centre.Proficiency in Windows, Apple (Mac and iPad), and peripheral devices.Box truck driving experience.Forklift or electric pallet jack experience.Versatility and enthusiasm for working within changing priorities.Sound judgement and timely decision-making ability.Understanding of all safety requirements and precautions.Belonging at EOSWe are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute.
