HP/Dell/Other Server, Storage and other Compute Hardware Maintenance, Racking, Spares Replacement etc. ii. Data Center Hardware like Racks, KVMs, UPS etc. Installation, Maintenance etc. iii. Cable Management, Installation in Data Center iv. Experience using ITSM and ITOM tools for Data Center related Support Tasks v. 8x5 on-site and on-call for emergency/P1 incidents after office hours vi. Relevant Industry Certifications is a Plus vii.
