L3 Support Engineer (On-Site – Karachi | US Shift)About the RoleWe are hiring a Level 3 Support Engineer to lead high-level production escalations, root-cause troubleshooting, and platform reliability for mission-critical systems supporting U.S. healthcare operations.This role is fully on-site in Karachi and requires working the US evening/night shift.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as primary escalation point for L2/L1 support teamsTroubleshoot application, infrastructure, and API-level incidentsPerform RCA and implement long-term preventative fixesCollaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud teams for deployment and issue resolutionMonitor production systems, logs, and performance dashboardsMaintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articlesWork within SLAs and drive continuous incident reductionMust-Have Skills5+ years technical support experience (including L3 escalations)Deep troubleshooting across servers, networking, databases, and APIsHands-on with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, ELK, etc.)Comfort working on Windows & Linux environmentsSQL debugging exposureStrong communication and documentation disciplineAbility to work on-site in Karachi – US ShiftNice to HaveCloud experience (Azure / AWS)Experience with healthcare or SaaS platformsScripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)Familiarity with DevOps concepts (Docker, pipelines, CI/CD
