Laboratory Analyst at HFAP

We are looking for a Laboratory Analyst to join our quality control team and help maintain our commitment to excellence in food safety and product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine laboratory analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.Maintain accurate records of all test results and ensure traceability.Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ensure all analyses are performed in compliance with regulatory and company standards (e.g., SON, NAFDAC, ISO).Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process control.Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve quality issues.RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field.3–5 years’ experience as a Laboratory Analyst in a food manufacturing company.Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., moisture content, ash, starch, protein analysis).Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Quality Management Systems.Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and documentation.Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.Ability to work independently and within a team under minimal supervision.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work in a growing, innovation-driven agro-processing environment.Supportive and collaborative team culture.📩 Interested candidates should apply by sending their CV to hr@hfap.ng with the subject “Laboratory Analyst Application – HFAP”.
