Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laborer, located in Calgary, AB. The Laborer will be responsible for supporting leak detection and building envelope inspections, preparing and cleaning work areas, assisting technicians with equipment setup, and ensuring accurate handling of tools and materials. Additional duties include assisting with repairs, documentation support, and maintaining adherence to safety regulations on-site. Qualifications Physical ability and stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periodsGeneral knowledge of tools, maintenance, and equipment preparationExperience or familiarity with construction, restoration, or repair work, particularly related to building envelopesCommitment to safety, with the ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols effectivelyStrong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate on projects and support techniciansAttention to detail and a proactive attitude for ensuring high-quality workAbility to work in various weather conditions or environments as neededPrevious experience in leak detection, restoration, or a similar field is an asset but not requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred
