Labourer

Brandt is currently seeking a Labourer for our Cambridge Construction & Forestry location. This position is responsible for assisting in the heavy equipment service department. Duties will include, but are not limited to, cleaning heavy equipment and the shop, and working with technicians. The labourer will play a key role in assisting the other personnel fulfill their duties and increase overall shop productivity. This position is an entry point for someone interested in pursuing an apprenticeship.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDetailing heavy equipment once the repairs have been completedMaintaining the wash bay equipment and cleanliness of the wash bayCleaning parts and componentsCleaning and maintaining the yard and shopAssisting in the dismantling of heavy equipment and componentsOrganizing equipment in the yard and maintaining dealership premises (grading, leveling snow removal)Some inventory maintenanceAssisting the other shop personnel with fulfilling their duties and increase overall shop productivityOther duties as assigned
