In this role, you will demonstrate Personal Leadership to help drive positive change.Selection CriteriaApplicants should address the following four (4) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than four (4) pages in total. Working knowledge (L4) or demonstrated experience (L5) in land acquisition and conveyancing, including policies and procedures, particularly in relation to Government land acquisition and property industry project management. A demonstrated detailed knowledge (L4) or understanding (L5) of applicable legislation, policies, programs and practices for acquiring legal interests in land with a focus on conserving biodiversity in Western Australia through the selective acquisition of fee simple land. Demonstrated ability (L4) or experience (L5) in coordinating land proposals involving State, local or Commonwealth Government entities, private sector proponents and the public. Working knowledge (L4) or demonstrated experience (L5) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016, the Commonwealth Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 in relation to the statutory environmental approval processes and implementation of approval conditions.
