Lead marketing and sales strategies for Kāinga Ora’s large-scale and greenfield development projects, supporting developers and managing a land sales website / sales portal Be part of an organisation transforming housing and communities across Aotearoa Permanent role at $152,164 + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of additional benefitsTe whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunityAs our newest Land Sales and Advertising Manager based in our Auckland office, you’ll work in partnership with another Land Sales and Advertising Manager and the central marketing team, to play a key role in marketing superlots and land, assisting developers to sell dwellings, and ensuring smooth land transfer processes.Joining our dynamic Urban Development and Delivery team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the success of major housing projects and contribute to building thriving communities across New Zealand.Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu - What You Will BringIf you have marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and a collaborative attitude, then we would love to hear from you.Here’s What You Will Bring To The Role 5–10 years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management (property marketing advantageous) Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience running cross-channel campaigns (digital, social, print, broadcast) CRM and website management experience preferred Ability to plan and manage budgets effectivelyNōu te rourou - What's in it for you?
