Initially a major supplier of aggregate products, the company has grown to become one of the leading Civil Engineering Contractors in the country. Senarath Group also manufactures Asphalt Concrete, Precast, and Cement products to meet the increasing demands of the construction sector. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Sales Executive, located in Kandy. The Land Sales Executive will be responsible for managing land sales processes, identifying potential clients, giving presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, market analysis, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client AcquisitionStrong skills in Negotiation, Presentation, and CommunicationMarket Analysis and Reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in real estate or land sales is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
