In this role, and employee will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency in regard to the essential functions of the job found below.Essential Functions Utilize AutoCAD and related software to complete assignments on time and within prescribed standards as outlined in the Atwell Quality Assurance Quality Control manual and established standards.Provide additional supportDrafting Documents and computationsParticipation in Design process including understanding of the industry standard Conceptual through Construction Administration design phases.Be able to intelligently translate abstract design sketches from colleagues into functioning digital design documents.Opinions of probable costsProject Schedulespreparing construction-related servicesComplete edits and modify plans as reviewed by agencies, municipalities, and clients as directed.Complete site visits as required.
