I. Job SummaryLandscape planners are responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing the overall layout and ecological environment of outdoor spaces such as parks, communities, commercial areas, campuses, and scenic areas. This role requires comprehensive consideration of aesthetics, functionality, ecological sustainability, and construction feasibility, collaborating with landscape designers, architects, and engineering teams to complete the entire process from planning to implementation.II. Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop overall landscape plans, zoning plans, and functional layout designs based on project requirements.Conduct site surveys and mapping analyses, including natural environment, topography, vegetation, water bodies, and transportation elements.Prepare landscape design concept schemes, planning drawings, renderings, and related technical documents.Collaborate with landscape designers, civil engineers, and horticulturists to ensure the feasibility and overall harmony of the scheme.Participate in project cost estimation and provide suggestions on materials, plant configurations, and construction plans.Participate in presenting the scheme to clients and answering their planning and technical questions.Supervise the implementation of the landscape plan during the project implementation phase to ensure it meets design intent.Focus on industry trends and environmental technologies, integrating sustainable concepts into planning and design.Conduct post-project evaluations to accumulate experience and optimize strategies for future projects.III. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Landscape Planning, Landscape Design, Urban Planning, Environmental Design, or related fields.Familiar with landscape planning principles, ecological planning methods, and relevant national/local standards.Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, GIS, and Lumion.Excellent spatial understanding, aesthetic sense, and overall planning ability.Strive for excellent communication and coordination skills, and effectively collaborate with cross-teams.Preference will be given to candidates with on-site practical experience and a portfolio of landscape planning projects.Focus on design concepts that emphasize sustainability, ecological protection, and improvement of the living environment.
