The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of driving technical clarity, approvals, and BIM coordination across all disciplines.This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience looking to take on a leadership-leaning technical role in a high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Leadership & CoordinationSupport all technical aspects of softscape and irrigation works from pre-construction to completion.Review and coordinate drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and as-builts.Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, irrigation standards, soil requirements, and horticultural guidelines.Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.Assist in constructability reviews and technical risk assessments.2. Design & Engineering SupportInterpret design intent and translate into clear construction methodologies.Assist in hydraulic calculations, irrigation zoning, pump sizing, and valve chamber detailing.Validate plant lists, soil mixes, and horticultural standards.Support value-engineering initiatives.3. BIM Coordination Coordinate with the project’s BIM environment to ensure all softscape & irrigation elements are properly integrated.Work closely with the BIM team to develop, review, and update 3D models.Ensure clash detection, model accuracy, and alignment with other disciplines.Prepare or review BIM-based shop drawings, schedules, and take-offs.Ensure all BIM deliverables follow the project’s BEP (BIM Execution Plan).4. Documentation & ApprovalsPrepare and track technical submissions:Material submittalsShop drawingsRFIsMethod statementsMIRs/IRsAs-built packagesFollow up and close comments with consultants.5. Site Technical SupportProvide technical clarifications to site teams.Ensure installation aligns with approved drawings.Attend site meetings and technical workshops.Support troubleshooting of irrigation systems and softscape execution issues.6. Procurement & Material ReviewReview supplier selections, samples, and material compliance.Coordinate long-lead items and ensure timely availability.Evaluate alternatives and provide technical recommendations.7. Quality AssuranceCoordinate with QA/QC to ensure compliance with specifications.Conduct inspections and technical checks on softscape installation, soil works, and irrigation networks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.3–5 years of experience in softscape and irrigation engineering within construction projects.Knowledge of irrigation design, horticulture, soils, and landscape construction.Experience with BIM coordination is a strong advantage.Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic BIM tools (Revit preferred).Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.Why Join Us?Work on iconic, high-profile developments.Growth-oriented environment within Green Group (GG).Exposure to multidisciplinary teams and advanced BIM workflows.
