The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Laravel’s ecosystem—covering backend architecture, API development, and database design—and the ability to integrate with modern front-end technologies such as React.js.This role requires technical rigor, problem-solving capability, and a passion for clean, maintainable code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications that serve as core components of our digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel and related technologies.Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end frameworks like React.js.Utilize Eloquent ORM for efficient data handling and ensure robust database structure (MySQL/PostgreSQL).Implement middleware, authentication (Sanctum/Passport), and access control mechanisms.Manage background jobs and queues for performance optimization.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment workflows.Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system reliability and performance.RequirementsEssentialMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Laravel framework.Proficiency in Eloquent ORM, RESTful API development, middleware, and authentication systems (Sanctum or Passport).Experience with React.js or similar front-end frameworks.Strong understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL database design and optimization.Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.Strong understanding of MVC architecture and modern web development standards.Ability to write clean, reusable, and efficient code.PreferredExperience with modular architecture and microservices.Exposure to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).Understanding of caching, job queues, and scaling strategies.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).Success CriteriaThe role will be considered successful when:Applications are delivered with high stability, performance, and maintainability.APIs and integrations function reliably across front-end and backend systems.Code quality, structure, and documentation meet team standards.Deployment and issue resolution processes are efficient and well-documented.Continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and developer experience are evident.Why Join UsAt V23, we build products that push boundaries—fast, scalable, and user-focused.
