Job Summary (List Format) Position focuses on Testing with Connected Car technologies within the Automotive domain. Required experience: 5–10 years in related fields. Responsible for test plan creation, test design, and script development for validation of connected vehicle/infotainment systems. Set up and configure test benches, vehicles, and test setups. Perform product and service validation using best practices and tools. Conduct mobile application testing and triage on native iOS and Android devices. Execute vehicle and head-unit (HU) in-car and bench testing. Defect logging, triaging, report preparation, and stakeholder coordination. Provide technical support, including documentation, automation solution videos, troubleshooting, and training.
Collect system and automation logs for debugging and enhancement. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, refinement, demos). Collaborate with Product Owners, Platform Engineering, and other team members to ensure deliverables and milestones are met. Support and triage defects in lower environments. Communicate and collaborate with team and business partners effectively. Utilize tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Selenium, CAN protocols, AWS, Azure, and Gate Point. Perform API testing for microservices (REST, gRPC) hosted on cloud platforms. Experience with enterprise QA frameworks (BOD, TDD) and in-car network protocol testing (CAN, MOST) is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, impact analysis, and scenario storyboarding. Experience with both agile/scrum and waterfall development cycles. Preferred: Automation framework and suite experience (Selenium, etc. ). Must be comfortable with video-based identity verification (e. g. , showing driver’s license or visa) and have an active LinkedIn profile. Candidates from the Automotive domain are highly preferred.
