Job Summary Deliver training on the State’s new HR information system (Workday/GA@WORK) using multiple methods (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia). Support Georgia state agencies with talent acquisition and performance management programs. Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship programs, interviewing, hiring best practices, and efficient use of Workday. Research and apply training best practices to enhance program effectiveness. Analyze GA@WORK data; create graphic and narrative reports and presentations. Maintain and update training materials, exercises, handouts, and exams to reflect best practices and policy/process/system changes.
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, both virtually and in-person, for state entity staff. Utilize system training environments or related tools for hands-on student activities. Assist with maintenance and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment and other administrative tasks. Respond to stakeholder requests and inquiries regarding training and related services. Perform other duties as assigned to support training and talent management initiatives. May require local travel; hybrid work environment with some in-office days. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma/GED and three years of HR-related experience (or equivalent education/experience). Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Workday HCM modules and HRIS systems training.
