Launchpad Program Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and organized Launchpad Program Manager to lead our new Trainee Program in Singapore. This role will involve overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the program, ensuring the trainees receive the support and resources necessary for their success in the supply chain industry.The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.Key Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for trainees, collaborating with HR to attract top talent.Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout the program, addressing any concerns and facilitating their professional development.Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing regular feedback and reporting to senior management.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration and growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.Facilitate communication between relevant teamsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in program management, talent development, or training coordination.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeA proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.#lftrading #LiFungWhy Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our trainees and contribute to their professional journeys.
