Find out more at https://ohiocounsel.com/. Our Ideal Candidate:Our ideal candidate is an experienced office administrator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and who has strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities:Invoice and Billing Management: Generate and submit accurate and timely invoices to clients based on billable hours and expenses.Accounts Receivable: Track past-due payments and follow up with clients on outstanding balances to ensure timely collection.Payment Processing: Receive, record, and apply incoming client payments to the correct accounts.Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and updated financial records and assist with month-end and year-end closeout processes.Support to Attorneys: Provide support and assistance to attorneys.Qualifications:Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role.Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.Analytical and Numerical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills sufficient to handle complex billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, organizational skills, and time-management skills sufficient to multitask and meet deadlines.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills sufficient to interact with clients and internal team members to resolve issues.Problem-Solving: The ability to investigate discrepancies and solve problems independently and as part of a team.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, billing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Our Benefits:Salary (based upon experience and qualifications)Bonus (subject to individual productivity and firm profitability)401k Eligibility with Employer Contribution (after one year of employment)Flexible Work-Life BalancePaid Vacation & Sick LeaveEmployer-Paid Health Insurance ContributionEmployer-Paid Health Savings Account ContributionEmployer-Paid Membership at Local Fitness FacilityEmployer-Paid Cell PhoneEmployer-Paid Premium for Term Life InsuranceEmployer-Paid Reimbursement for Business Mileage
