We’re looking for a Retail Assistant to join our Nadi team!In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and informative experience for our customers, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our store. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional mannerProvide knowledgeable wine recommendations and product informationProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standardsAssist with inventory management, including stock checks and restockingAddress customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptlySupport promotional activities and contribute to a positive team environmentWork collaboratively to achieve sales targets and store goalsWhat We’re Looking For:
