As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specialized in Health Law and Commercial Law, with strong command of English, to join our expanding team.Purpose of the RoleTo ensure full legal compliance and operational risk management across all health tourism activities, including international patient contracts, commercial agreements, KVKK–GDPR compliance, and regulatory obligations under Turkish health legislation. This role will safeguard the clinic’s legal integrity while supporting its global expansion strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating international patient agreements, consent forms, medical disclosure documents, service contracts, and business partnershipsEnsuring compliance with Turkish Health Tourism regulations, 1219 Law on the Practice of Medicine, 3359 Health Services Basic Law, and related legislationManaging all commercial contracts with agencies, vendors, international partners, and internal stakeholdersIdentifying potential legal risks in clinical operations and providing proactive legal guidanceOverseeing KVKK, GDPR, and international data transfer compliance processesManaging patient complaints, medical complication cases, insurance matters, mediation, and settlement processesLeading litigation coordination, reporting, and collaboration with external law firms when necessaryContinuously monitoring new regulations in health tourism and advising senior managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with an active bar registrationMinimum 5 years of experience in Health Law, Commercial Law, Consumer Law, and Contract LawPractical experience in health tourism, international patient processes, and medical risk managementExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishStrong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsExperience working with multinational teamsHigh ethical standards, strong communication, and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWhy Join Natural Clinic?Opportunity to be part of a leading global health tourism brandExposure to high-volume, international patient operationsStrategic legal role with broad scope across commercial and clinical domainsInnovative, rapidly growing, and global-facing organization
