Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer, located in Athens , Greece . The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on various matters including contract negotiation, compliance with regulations, intellectual property management, and dispute resolution. Daily tasks include filing, drafting and reviewing legal documents, advising on business transactions, managing legal tasks, and representing the company in legal proceedings. Collaboration with different departments to ensure legal adherence and conducting comprehensive legal research are also key responsibilities.RequirementsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate & commercial law. Company restructuring & insolvency experience will be considered as an assetStrong academic record including a university degree in LawSubstantial MS office knowledgeAvailability to travel abroadExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
