ResponsibilitiesThe Lazada Anti Abuse team is responsible for protecting Lazada platform account security, promotions, transactions, and financial spending. We're a global team with team members from different countries to serve for South East Asia market. You'll learn and work for:Building risk control solutions under various scenarios: by data analysis, fraud case investigation, and data-driven processSupport Lazada business for risk assessment, system access, and operational requestsWorking with cybersecurity, data science, and relevant teams to build systematic solutions to solve business risksWorking with product & tech teams to build a stronger risk system and design operation platform to achieve high-efficiencyLazada业务风险的治理及防控解决方案的设计与运营，保护Lazada业务的平台账号安全、资金安全及交易秩序。在全球化团队内作为风控方案的设计与执行者，负责： 通过数据分析、案件调查及框架设计，持续建设与优化各类业务风险的识别、对抗、治理及处置方案，为业务保驾护航； 与基础安全、算法等团队合作，建立智能化、体系化的风险识别方案； 与平台产品、技术、客服等团队合作，建立线上化、标准化的运营流程及平台，建立完善的运营、审核机制Job RequirementsRequirements/Qualifications(must have):Bachelor's degree or above in major of statistics, data science, computer science, security or other data-related majorEstablished proficiency in fundamental data related skills such as SQL, Python with statistical skillsData-driven, AI-driven and outcome-focused mindsetOwnership for risk issues and project management skills, effectively communication skillsSolid knowledge in anti fraud / platform governance domain preferredEnglish-environment study/working experiences preferred 大学本科及以上，计算机、数学、统计或其他数据相关的专业背景优先； 具备熟练的数据处理及分析能力，熟练使用SQL等，有数据驱动思维 具备对业务风控的理解与认识，在电商交易风控/营销风控/反作弊领域 有相关工作经验者； 具备较熟练的英文读写能力，具备熟练的英文环境工作交流能力
