Position SummaryEnsure a smooth export and import process by managing shipment coordination, documentation, and timely cargo clearance. This includes verifying schedules, handling Bills of Lading, and monitoring costs. Inspire and energize the teamIdentify / attract and retain talent, and equip them with a ambitious learning plan; offering constant opportunitiesDevelop and maintain business continuity plans.Support onboarding of new team membersPerformance ImprovementDive team capacity and performance management with LEAN conceptOwn LCL KPIsIdentify process gaps and be actively involved in working on improvements to key processes to improve productivity and service levels to get on time Operations and proactive notification to the customerCheck for additional business opportunities on satisfactory resolution of issuesLead team on Maersk’s transformance journey through standardization & digitalization adoptionRequired knowledge & SkillsAt least 03 years' professional working experience at similar role(s) in ocean freight / forwarding industry.Bachelor's Degree in related field(s) is preferredExperience in handling LCL is a big plusLanguage proficiency: Fluent English level, Native Vietnamese levelComputer literacy: Good command of Excel and PowerPointGood communication skillsCustomer centricity mindset is requiredPossess can-do and willing-to-do attitudeTeamwork, Discipline, and IntegrityMaersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
