Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of stations, menus and table setups.Guest & Staff Safety:Ensure to get training of property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures, update knowledge once a year. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.Guest ExperienceGuest Management:Deliver service standards in line with InterContinental Global Etiquette. Ensure restaurant operating equipment are clean and in working order. Ensure restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that tables are ready in line with SOPs. Preparing for service by ensuring that equipment, glassware, buffet service stations, service stations and table setups are in place and cleaned. Upsell beverages and converse with guests on recommendations for food and beverage at outlet.
