As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to building a prosperous future for all.Apply Now and Be Part of Our Journey to Inspire Sustainable Lives in Every Home!What awaits you in this role?We are looking for a passionate Lead - Accounting who will join our team at Accounting Directorate.Work with other members of the accounting department and ensure internal coordination to compile, analyze, and report R&D financial data regularly,Enter financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis.Make journal or ledger entries,Perform account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct,Align general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting,Collaborate with internal departments and act as a point of main contact to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant actual and budget financial information,Prepare monthly, and yearly financial reports and budgets,Assist with internal and external audits.The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.How do we describe the perfect match?Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics,Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting,Good understanding of mathematics and superior analytical review skills is a must,In-depth knowledge of accounting accounts within the scope of IFRS and legal legislation.Having stronge knowledge of R&D Accounts and legislation within the scope of IFRS and legal legislation is plus.Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications and SAP ERP,Excellent verbal and written skills in English,Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,Outside the box thinking ability,Open to innovation culture,Flexible and open to new perspectives,A great team player with a self initiative mindset,Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing business needs,Being open to communication is always our priority.
