Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, founders, and ecosystem stakeholders. Pitch StrongYes Media’s suite of solutions. Create proposals, concept decks, and tailored brand solutions with our creative and editorial teams. Manage the full BD cycle from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and closure. Maintain CRM discipline, track progress, and own your revenue outcomes. Represent StrongYes at ecosystem events, panels, and collaborations. Who You AreA self-starter who thrives in fast, fluid environments. Confident in pitching, presenting, and closing senior-level stakeholders. Passionate about media, HR, tech, and startups — and how they intersect. Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and ownership. A relationship-builder with impeccable communication and presentation skills. What You Bring1 to 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in Recruitment, HRTech, SaaS, or B2B Media. Proven ability to build trust, close deals, and sustain long-term relationships. Strong grasp of digital media, employer branding, and storytelling-driven sales. Prior experience in early-stage or fast-growth environments. Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and modern outreach platforms.
