Service Delivery & Operations Lead global service delivery for Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and other transactional/strategic services. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements. Establish a robust governance model with business units and corporate functions. Digital Transformation & Innovation Champion the adoption of digital tools (RPA, AI, analytics, ERP, cloud solutions) to optimize processes. Drive data-driven decision-making and build advanced analytics capabilities. Foster innovation in service delivery models and customer experience. Talent & Leadership Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team across multiple hubs/locations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence Financial & Business Impact Deliver cost efficiency, process effectiveness, and improved customer experience. Own the GBS budget, ensuring value delivery and productivity improvements. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in shared services/GBS, consulting, or operations leadership. Strong experience in digital transformation (automation, AI, ERP, analytics) Cross-industry FMCG and cross-geography experience preferred.
