You’ll be our: Lead - DiagnosticsYou’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, BangaloreYou’ll be Aligned with: Head - AtherStack Quality & DiagnosticsYou’ll be A member of: AtherStack Quality & DiagnosticsWhat you’ll do at Ather:You will be responsible for conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting complex issues related to various vehicle systems. You will be responsible for responding to incoming tickets and requests from service personnel who require assistance with unresolved vehicle issues. You will utilize your expertise to provide systematic guidance through Decision Trees (DTs) based on input from engineering, troubleshoot common issues and ensure effective resolution.New / Critical / Safety Complaints addressing and solving in an immediate manner to reduce the customer escalationsCollecting the detailed information from field for understand the software issues in better wayTraining Diagnostic team and keeping them up to date on new SOPsSupporting and guiding diagnostic team on issues they are unable to handleManaging the bandwidth of the diagnostic team in such a way that ensures that vehicles are cleared from service at the earliest. Giving feedback to service team on how to improve the diagnostic flow at dealer endResponsible for documenting issues in field and reporting to senior managementCoordinate with internal experts to keep track of all open customer complaints on softwareMaintaining Technical SOPs for the known issues and ensuring the SOPs at ServiceHere’s what we are looking for:Escalation and Issue ManagementIn-depth knowledge of CAN architectureIn-depth understanding of ADBIn-depth technical knowledge of Automotive Service IndustryExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics and repair proceduresWhat You bring to Ather:Graduation : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics/Computer ScienceWork Experience :8-12 years, Automobile industry background is a mustTeam working - Encourage team contributions in decision making, and driving work within and between teamsInviting feedback - Make it easy for all stakeholders to provide constructive inputs.
