This newly created position will play a key role in defining how artificial intelligence supports operational excellence, drives innovation, and enhances decision-making across all areas of the organization.The ideal candidate is a strategic connector and is comfortable engaging with executives, technologists, and business stakeholders alike. You will champion responsible AI adoption, ensure governance and security are embedded in every initiative, and empower teams to harness AI confidently and effectively.Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy and Program Leadership Shape and execute an enterprise-wide AI roadmap that aligns with strategic business goals.Identify, prioritize, and manage AI and automation opportunities across functions, including merchandising, logistics, finance, customer experience, and IT.Establish performance metrics and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable and ethical AI implementation.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with business leaders to translate operational challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact.Collaborate with IT, data, and analytics teams to ensure secure, efficient integration of AI technologies into existing systems.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI trends, best practices, and potential business applications.Governance and Risk Management Lead the development of responsible AI standards, ensuring compliance with privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements.Work with legal, compliance, and security teams to establish clear guardrails for AI use across the enterprise.Monitor emerging AI regulations to ensure organizational readiness and adaptability.Enablement and Change ManagementDesign and deliver training programs that help business users safely and effectively self-serve with AI tools.Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies.Create communication strategies to promote AI success stories and encourage enterprise-wide engagement.QualificationsRequired Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Strategy, or a related discipline.7+ years of experience in enterprise technology, business transformation, or strategy roles with cross-functional leadership exposure.Proven experience driving complex initiatives that bridge technology and business operations.Strong understanding of automation, analytics, and emerging AI technologies.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.PreferredExperience developing or leading AI or intelligent automation programs within a corporate environment.Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and AWS.Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities paired with a collaborative leadership style.What Success Looks LikeAI and automation initiatives deliver measurable operational or financial impact.Business users are enabled to leverage AI tools responsibly and independently.Governance and security standards are consistently upheld.The organization demonstrates growing alignment between AI capabilities and business strategy.Benefits:We offer a competitive benefit package that includes:Major medical, dental, and vision benefits available day one no waiting periodCompany-paid life insurance and employee assistance program for all employees401K with company matchEmployee discount on Ubique Group productsFree office chair and desk for remote employeesEmployee-led organization Ubique Cares engages in monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities packed with fun and giveaways!Ubique Group offers 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday per year and up to 18 Accrued PTO days per yearD/V/F/M EOE
