Lead Business Analyst – Data/AI Solutions

Then you have an opportunity to join EPAM as a Lead Business Analyst and work with the best-in-class engineering and design teams, supporting you in delivering value to our clients.As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice and working collaboratively with our highly skilled and experienced engineering teams & domain experts, you will play a vital role in shaping innovative solutions and helping us grow our business across the region.This is a hybrid role, with 3+ days per week expected in EPAM office or client site in Goteborg, Sweden. ResponsibilitiesServe as a Subject Matter Expert, Business Analyst, Product Owner or Consultant on client assignments, understanding the client’s business needs and translating them into requirements for development teamCommunicate with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to gather requirements and provide updates and suggestionsProvide thought leadership in Business Analysis practices to help Account and Delivery Managers grow EPAM’s profile with new and existing clientsProvide business process transformation expertise to the clients to help them to understand their current state and create an efficient target process considering client personas and constraintsHelp clients understand the best mix of technologies, solutions and services and how to deliver them to maximise business valueSupport pre-sales discovery and analysis to help EPAM bring amazing products and services to our clients Requirements5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, in AI/data-driven solutionsExperience in one or more industry segments, with particular interest in experience of Automotive, Chemical & Life Sciences or HealthcareHave end-to-end delivery experience of at least 5 software delivery projectsHave experience of business process mapping and transformation initiatives and be able to demonstrate the achievement of measurable benefitsBe able to support the development of business cases that clearly articulate the link to business strategy and business benefitsPossess a strong Agile mindset and be familiar with other development methodologiesBe able to shape opportunities and projects, so understand the high-level business needs, the impact of technology and be able to transition into project deliveryHave experience of supporting sales environment and business development, which also includes the ability to sell ideas internallyFluent or native level of Swedish is highly desirable We offerEPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Company’s pension planPrivate healthcare insuranceSafety & life insuranceGym discountsWellness Grant (SEK 2000)Corporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewardsLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
