We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.ResponsabilitiesDesign, develop, and architect scalable OutSystems applications, ensuring security and performance optimizationLead technical design, set architectural standards, and implement governance frameworks for global developmentCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and maintainability across all projectsDefine and implement application logic and business rules using visual programming or scripting features provided by the low-code platformConfigure workflows, validations, and decision-making processesProvision of in-house consulting services in all disciplines of Low-Code Software Development in agile and non-agile projects on both the business and IT sideElicitation and documentation of technical requirements, partial coordination of implementation and acceptanceControlling and project-related accounting of expensesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExtensive experience in software development and architecture, with a strong focus on full-stack solutionsProven expertise with the OutSystems O11 platform (highly preferred)Solid understanding of the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQLHands-on experience with REST API integrationsProficient in agile methodologies, including Scrum and KanbanExperience with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools, such as Azure DevOps, is essentialStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindsetStrong problem-solving skills for translating business requirements into application logic and workflowsAbility to implement complex business rules and validations effectively within OutSystems applicationsEffective collaboration in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teamsKnowledge of UX/UI principles and best practicesExcellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2)Fluency in German is a significant advantage (>=A2)Work Area: Digital, IT, IT Security & SafetyCountry/Region: RomaniaJob Location: BucharestWorking Model : HybridEmployment Type: Full time / regularCompany: TÜV SÜD Romania S.R.L.Org Unit CodeRequisition ID: 2512
