Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and NodeJS. Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver on project goals. Participate in project planning, execution, and performance monitoring. Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation. QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python and NodeJS. Proven experience in web application development and maintenance. Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and conduct code reviews. Solid understanding of software development best practices and quality assurance. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote). Experience in project management is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
