DevOps Team LeadAbout the RoleAn international digital performance agency is seeking a DevOps & Corporate IT Team Lead to manage a growing team across infrastructure, automation, and internal IT. This hands-on leadership role blends deep technical expertise with operational oversight, supporting high-traffic digital platforms and enterprise systems across multiple global offices.The successful candidate will lead infrastructure design and deployment, CI/CD operations, cloud systems, and corporate IT support—ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across both customer-facing and internal systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership:Lead, coach, and develop a team of DevOps engineers and corporate IT specialistsOversee operational delivery across international time zonesDefine goals, track performance, and drive accountability across the teamManage IT support, internal tooling, and infrastructure performanceImplement structured training and upskilling programs to foster continuous improvementDevOps & Cloud Infrastructure:Design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure (preferably in GCP, but AWS/Azure also relevant)Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for streamlined software deliveryApply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormationMaintain containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and ensure robust orchestration practicesDevelop and monitor alerting, scaling, and logging solutions for high-performance systemsImplement secure deployment practices and support incident response/post-mortem processesSupport collaborative development and deployment with QA, product, and engineering teamsCorporate IT & Internal Systems:Ensure the smooth operation of enterprise IT systems and office networksOversee user access, security, hardware procurement, and endpoint managementManage corporate IT tools (e.g., Active Directory, VPNs), software licensing, and helpdesk servicesEnforce policies for IT governance, business continuity, and disaster recoveryRequirements4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineeringProven leadership experience building and scaling DevOps teamsStrong hands-on expertise with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure)Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or Go)Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern container orchestrationFamiliarity with monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)Experience managing enterprise IT systems, including internal security and endpoint operationsStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in distributed environmentsDesirable:Exposure to serverless architectures (e.g., GCP Cloud Functions, Cloud Run)Experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesGCP certifications are an advantageBenefitsThis role offers a competitive compensation package, strong professional development support, and a collaborative international environment.
