***12 month Fixed Term Contract***An International Technology organisation in the Travel Industry is keen to hire a Lead Digital Copywriter.The CompanyA worldwide travel retail platform that provides easy ways for businesses like airlines, hotels and car rental companies to connect through personalized content to agencies and travelers.Come and be part of an organisation that is committed to building a culture of inclusivity built upon a diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.The roleThe Lead Digital Copywriter plays a leading role in the Brand Content & Design team. You are responsible for creating impactful and entertaining content for some of our biggest marketing programs, including thought leadership, product launches and events.You’ll work with stakeholders across marketing, design, product marketing, PR and internal communications. You’ll brainstorm content ideas, create campaign content and provide feedback and guidance to other content creators (within the brand team and beyond).Responsibilities include:Copywriting: Use your passion and flair for writing to articulate complex topics clearly and engagingly.Content Creation: Produce excellent content in multiple formats — video scripts, articles, research reports, social media, advertising, infographics, op-eds and more.Brand Content Governance: Ensure brand content consistency across the business, run tone-of-voice training and provide feedback to writers and agencies.Processes: Work with the Head of Brand Content & Design to improve content creation processes, including briefing and approval workflows.Best Practice: Run workshops and review sessions to maintain high-quality content standards.Design Collaboration: Partner closely with in-house design teams and external agencies to ensure top-quality content design.Line Management: Manage a copywriter, offering coaching and performance management.Who we are looking for:Experience in content/copywriting roles, including senior-level experience.Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent copywriting skills (longform and shortform).Ability to incorporate feedback from multiple sources.Experience working with design teams; design skills (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva) are a plus.Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.Experience in travel or tech is a bonus, but not essential.You’re likely to succeed if you:Deliver high-quality work consistently.Use creativity and innovation to try new things.Take ownership and responsibility for your work.Are ambitious and willing to challenge the status quo.
