Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil EngineeringMinimum 4 years of experience in interior and furniture designAbility to read and interpret technical drawings for interior and furniture projectsExperience in Project ManagementProven experience in leading a team or managing a projectStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesJob DescriptionLead, coordinate, and provide training to the drafting team to meet company targets and project deadlines.Ensure the team’s work complies with established quality standards and SLAs.Develop, guide, and maintain updated standards and templates used by the team in line with Dekoruma’s evolving scoping needs.Implement improvements to workflows and drawing templates to enhance team efficiency.Conduct regular reviews of team performance, work output, and upcoming needs.Coordinate with other teams regarding working drawings and 3D deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for other teams for clarifications related to working drawings across all projects in the production and installation phases.
