We are looking for a technical lead to own the electrical and embedded development of our product.What you will doLead electrical design of power electronics, wiring and system architectureDesign embedded hardware and firmware (C on NXP or similar)Own the electrical roadmap and act as the domain expertEnsure CE compliance (LVD, EMC, RED)Support production during batch builds: testing, flashing, debuggingImprove electrical Quality Control and end-of-line test processesCollaborate closely with mechanical design and production teamsWhat you bring3+ years in embedded systems or electrical engineeringExperience with low-voltage power systems (battery, BMS, chargers or inverters ideal)Strong firmware skills in C/C++PCB design/review (Altium preferred)Understanding of CE and safety-critical designHands-on approach — comfortable working with hardware in productionNice to haveExperience with energy storage productsEMC testing or design-for-complianceIoT communication (CAN, Modbus, BLE/LTE)Power electronics supplier exposureWhy RensetHigh ownership — you are the electrical lead from day oneBuild real hardware deployed on live construction sitesFast-moving environment with direct impact
