Your missionWould you like to contribute to Hartwig’s mission to improve care for patients with cancer?Hartwig Medical Foundation is looking for an experienced Team Lead who further develops and supports our Diagnostic Services IT team. You will closely collaborate with other Hartwig teams, both locally and internationally, to ensure reliable and compliant data delivery to hospitals.Your profileAbout The RoleAs Team Lead Clinical Informatics, you lead a team of Bio-Informaticians, Clinical Data Analysts and Software Developers. This team is responsible for handling and processing clinical data and raw sequencing data to generate patient reports that support physicians in clinical decision making. By ensuring continuity and optimization of Hartwig’s essential data analysis and reporting tools, you directly contribute to building a learning healthcare system – one in which personalized decision making for individual patients with cancer today feeds research to improve care for tomorrow’s patients.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the Diagnostic Services IT team.Ensure optimal IT Services operations processes, based on continuous improvement and compliance to ISO13485/IVDR and ISO27001 regulations.Develop, manage and supervise projects regarding software improvements for diagnostics.Manage and supervise verifications and validations of software used in the Services team.Collaborate intensively with other Hartwig teams for optimal service delivery and implementation of novel developments.Translate Hartwig’s mission and strategic goals into milestones in collaboration with other LeadsActively contribute to organizational strategy, goals and culture and manage your team in this regard.About YouMaster of Science in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, or extensive working experience in this field.Solid understanding of modern software development practices and passion for automation and technology.Working experience in a quality regulated environment, preferably in health care.Working experience as a line manager.Situational Leadership: tailors leadership approach to the needs of individuals.Experience in change management is preferred.Ability to get things done, drive projects from initial idea to final solution, ensuring collaboration across teams.You have a good command of at least the English language, both spoken and written.
