Product Owner – Hybrid (Amsterdam/Eindhoven, Netherlands)Start Date: 1st JanuaryContract Length: 6–12 months initiallyRate: €68–€75 per hour (40 hours per week)Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Amsterdam and 1 day in EindhovenOur client is seeking an experienced Product Owner with a proven track record of delivering value, who can act as a strategic bridge between Engineering Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers. You would be joining an exciting greenfield project focusing on map delivery for autonomous vehicles.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the Product BacklogPrioritization: Create and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories and tasks for the development team.Refinement: Continuously refine the backlog to reflect changing priorities and align with business goals.Communicating with StakeholdersVoice of the Customer: Represent customer interests and ensure the development team understands user needs.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business owners and product managers to gather feedback and insights.Guiding DevelopmentSprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning, define goals, and clarify tasks for the team.Acceptance Criteria: Define acceptance criteria and validate completed work against these standards.Strategic AlignmentVision and Goals: Communicate product vision and strategic objectives to ensure team alignment.Market Understanding: Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitors, and user needs to inform decisions.Problem IdentificationIdentify key problems based on customer feedback and market research, guiding the team toward impactful solutions.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Product Owner in complex environments.Strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and teams.Excellent communication and prioritization skills.Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to contribute to an innovative greenfield project, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement.If you have the relevant skills and experience, please apply promptly to be considered.
