As a People Operations Associate, you will help build a seamless and scalable employee journey by supporting the core processes that keep our people operations running effectively.You will play a key role across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—managing day-to-day HR administration, responding to employee queries with care, and contributing to cross-functional People projects.This opportunity is designed for candidates who are early in their HR career, as this level of experience best fits our current team setup. While we genuinely appreciate the interest of more experienced professionals, we will unfortunately not be able to consider profiles that exceed the scope of this role.What You Will Be DoingProvide support in handling HR queries across the employee lifecycle, including pre-onboarding, contracts, benefits, visa processes, leave administration and data changes, ensuring timely resolution within defined service level agreementsCollaborate with other members of the People Team to execute cyclical HR processes with a strong focus on employee experience and data integrityFacilitate a seamless onboarding experience by ensuring new hires receive the necessary resources and informationPartner with People Team colleagues, including People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, to resolve employee questions and escalate issues when requiredEnsure data accuracy and contribute to monthly reporting and insights for People Business PartnersContribute to cross-functional projects based on areas of interest and development goals, such as performance and reward, culture, learning and development, process optimisation and organisational designWhat We Look ForYou are naturally collaborative and curious, with a strong desire to help others thrive.
