You will help to set technical direction, collaborate with product and management teams, resolving complex technical issues, mentoring team members and ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standardsResponsibilitiesOwn development of the product build, leveraging technical expertise in the programming language relevant to the projectContribute towards the product roadmap and strategic choices, using knowledge and experience to estimate effort and guide the product ownerAttend team stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retros and be an active participantPlan for the sprint planning sessions, by ensuring the engineering team has work to do and is clear on what/how to do the workLead solution designs for the product, including complex technical edge-cases, where experience is required to make a good choiceCollaborate and coordinate with technical experts and cross-functional teams across the organization including data engineering, data science, and tech opsReview pull requests & guide and mentor engineers on the teamExperience And Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience in the industry and at least three year performing technical lead dutiesProficient in at least one of NodeJS, ReactJS, Java or Python programming languagesProficient in Azure cloud, DevSecOps & TerraformProficient in at least one testing frameworkAbility to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
