Our mission is simple: to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young minds while preparing them for a technology-driven future.The RoleYou'll be on the ground from day one, and this role will have a huge amount of variety.At its core, we're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic STEM Instructor to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver fun and engaging computer and technology classes to primary-aged children in their own school. From coding and game design to robotics and digital creativity, you’ll guide kids through hands-on adventures that blend learning with excitement.But also, will have a key role to play in spreading the word about ComputerXplorers, delivering STEM incursions at schools, and helping secure new schools to run our after school tech clubs. What You’ll DoPlan and deliver engaging STEM lessons in schools and program venuesSupport and inspire children to develop new skills and confidenceCreate a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environmentCollaborate with our team and school staff to ensure smooth deliverySet up and manage equipment before each classManage a team of instructors as we growDual responsibility to help sell and secure new schoolsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience teaching or coaching children (education, sports, tutoring, etc.)Strong communication and organisational skillsA genuine passion for working with kids and sparking their interest in STEMAbility to work independently and adapt on the goAwareness of current educational technology trends is a bonusNice to Have (but not essential):Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, or related fieldFirst Aid certificationDriver’s licencePerks & PayPay based on experience, base + commission up to 50%Full time, WFH for first few monthsCo Working Space options available.
