Your RoleReporting to the Head of People, Culture and Change, you’ll be a trusted advisor across multiple business units in NSW. You’ll deliver commercial, people-focused solutions that drive engagement, manage risk, and drive growth.From guiding leaders through employee relations and industrial processes to leading strategic people projects, your influence will be felt across the organisation.
