12-Month ContractHunter Valley LocationExciting ProjectJoin this local employer and support the successful adoption of a new ERP system! Your new company Join a local organisation and support the implementation of a cloud-based ERP solution as a Training Specialist in a dedicated team. Your new role As the Training Specialist, you will be critical to the successful implementation of the system. Working closely with the stakeholders and vendor partners, you will identify and produce thorough training materials on how to use the various software modules effectively in the chosen configuration of the product. You will create and deliver engaging training sessions that are suited to different user groups and learning styles, both in-person and online. In addition, you will assess the attendees' adoption of training content and support the execution of change management activities. Your expertise will help ensure that our client's team members are fully prepared to use the new system efficiently. What you'll need to succeedProven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, or similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications.Strong understanding of various training methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver both face-to-face and online training sessions.Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and user experience best practices.Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with diverse teams.
