Hours are negotiable with hybrid flexibility. We are looking for a Lead Facilitator to join our small, values-driven team and work alongside our existing Lead Facilitator. Together, you'll design and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that help people strengthen their decision-making and policy capability.You'll bring experience facilitating adult learning, online and in-person, and a strong understanding of how the public sector works, ideally at senior analyst level of above. You're confident leading a room, comfortable guiding discussion, and curious about how people learn.This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you'll shape course delivery, connect directly with clients and controubte to FrankGroup's ongoing capability-building work across government and beyond.If you value rigour, kindness, patience, and generosity - and want to make a tangible difernece through better decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
