With a significant presence across the Asia Pacific region, they are known for providing high-quality products and solutions.Job DescriptionFlavor Creation & InnovationDevelop customised taste solutions for food and beverage products using flavor-modulating ingredients (FMP) and classic volatile flavors.Translate sensory and chemical knowledge into practical applications that optimise desirable product characteristics and minimise undesirable ones.Drive innovation projects and customer-specific developments in collaboration with global and regional teams.Ingredient Development & ManagementSupervise and expand the regional portfolio of flavor-modulating ingredients, ensuring alignment with global standards.Stay updated on new ingredient developments from internal and external pipelines and integrate them into product solutions.Support identification and development of novel FMP ingredients in partnership with R&D teams.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with flavourists from other disciplines, application teams, and analytical, sensory, and consumer science experts to evaluate new ingredients and create application-specific solutions.Partner with product management and sales teams to provide technical expertise, concept presentations, and customer consultations.Contribute to the global "Taste Modulation Platform" by sharing knowledge and ensuring systematic transfer of expertise across regions.Customer EngagementStrengthen technical relationships with key customers through presentations, workshops, and solution-oriented discussions.Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantMaster's degree in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in flavor creation, preferably with exposure to taste modulation and FMP ingredients.Strong knowledge of food, flavor, and additive regulations.Exceptional sensory and creative skills combined with chemical expertise.High level of initiative and ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English; Thai language is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for healthy, great-tasting products.Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work.Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and disciplines.Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.What's on OfferGlobal Exposure - Collaborate with international teams and contribute to global projects in taste modulation and flavor technology.Creative Freedom - Work in an environment that values your ideas and encourages experimentation and innovation.Professional Growth - Access to advanced training, cross-functional collaboration, and career development opportunities within a dynamic organisation.Impactful Work - Influence the sensory experience of leading food and beverage brands consumed worldwide.Contact: Sonia FernandezQuote job ref: JN-112025-6882169
