You'll assist in the migration of legacy code to React, develop and maintain everything frontend.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor front-end developers while driving technical architecture and strategyOwn the migration of legacy systems to modern React based architectureSolve complex technical challenges with focus on performance, security, and user experienceBuild and ship front-end solutions rapidly across multiple aviation productsEstablish coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD workflows that enable fast deploymentConduct code reviews and create documentation that elevates team quality and velocityPartner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiencesQualifications:3+ years of recent experience in ReactProficiency with tooling such as Vite & WranglerCommitment to high-quality QA standards and performanceExcellent attention to detail and ability to work independentlyForward thinking approach to building scalable front-end solutionsExcellent English
