In this role, you will lead the development of innovative AI-powered products, architect scalable systems, and guide a team of developers to build high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications• Build and integrate LLM-based systems (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG pipelines)• Develop and oversee frontend applications (React, Svelte, Next.js) and backend services (Node.js, Express, Python/FastAPI)• Architect, deploy, and maintain applications using Supabase, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Vercel• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for development teams• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate ideas into production-ready solutions• Ensure best practices in performance, security, and scalabilityRequirements:• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including leadership or team management experience• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks• Experience with AI model integration or strong interest in LLM-based solutions• Proven ability to design system architecture and lead technical decision-making• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project deliverablesWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary package• Fuel allowance• Supportive and collaborative work environment• Opportunity to lead impactful AI-driven projects
