Senior React Developer

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will lead the development of scalable, high-performance user interfaces while mentoring engineers and shaping frontend architecture. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on development and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of complex UI features and large-scale refactorsArchitect maintainable front-end systems using clean code principles and design patternsDebug, profile, and optimize rendering pipelines and UI performanceLead frontend architecture decisions, tooling, and testing strategiesMentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and pair programmingDesign and maintain E2E testing pipelinesEstablish best practices for state management, performance, and securityEnsure accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n) standards are metRequired Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of strong front-end development experienceDeep expertise in React (hooks, performance optimization, Suspense, error boundaries)Strong understanding of component lifecycles, rendering performance, and state managementExperience with SSR/CSR strategies, hydration, and cross-platform renderingSolid knowledge of frontend security and web standardsStrong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussionsTech StackReact (primary)Optional exposure to Vue or AngularModern JavaScript / TypeScriptTesting frameworks for unit and E2E testingCI/CD pipelines and frontend tooling
