Please share your resume today!Job ResponsibilitiesLead a squad of 4-5 team members in the architecture and development of web technology solutions supporting one or more lines of business at Green StreetOwn the collaboration between the technology team and stakeholders to facilitate development of new modules and applications for Green Street’s SaaS platformCollaborate with stakeholders and leadership to determine and communicate priorities between initiative related work, technical debt burndown, and maintenanceDevelop an in-depth understanding of Green Street's business domains to facilitate technical decision making with the teamDeliver end-to-end solutions, from product inception to launchLead architectural discussions and play a key role in architectural reviews and governanceDrive a strong engineering culture of innovation, thought leadership and continuous improvement through intentional cross-functional collaborationProvide mentorship and guidance to mid-level and junior team members as needed Candidate Profile 10-15 years of professional full-stack experience in an agile team environment using JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, HTML, CSS and/or SASSStrong technical architecture experience in building enterprise-class web platformsExpertise developing SPA using modern Javascript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React)Experience with code quality tools for unit testing/static analysis/performance testingBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcampEnjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate impeccable attention to detailWillingness and desire to keep up with new web technologies, languages, standards, practicesProficiency with GitProficiency with API development using REST / GraphQLNice-to-HavesExperience leading small SCRUM teamsNodeJS microservice experience is a plusExperience building interactive and dynamic map-centric applications leveraging mapping APIs (e.g. Google Maps, Mapbox)Experience creating custom data visualizations (e.g. Highcharts, D3.js, SVG)Comfortable developing in Linux/Docker environmentExperience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, PuppeteerExperience with LaravelExperience with state management (e.g. Vuex, Redux)AWS and DevOps experienceExperience in PythonCompensation, Benefits And Work AuthorizationIn addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements). Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
