We work with U.S.-based businesses daily and rely heavily on consistent, qualified lead flow.Role Overview:We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert who can consistently extract, qualify, and deliver high-quality leads from Bark, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.If you are not organized, proactive, and target-driven, this role is not for you. We need someone who takes ownership.Key Responsibilities:Extract and filter leads from Bark daily.Generate qualified leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social channels.Maintain lead sheets with 100% accuracy and daily updates.Identify high-intent U.S. prospects for web development, SEO, and marketing services.Monitor Bark job postings and respond in real-time (speed matters).Work closely with the sales team to hand off leads and support their outreach efforts.Analyze lead quality and continually optimize strategies.Keep track of KPIs, hit weekly/monthly lead targets, and report performance.Requirements:Proven experience in lead generation (Bark experience is a must).Strong understanding of U.S. service-based market (web agencies, SEO, marketing).Ability to scrape or manually extract leads efficiently.Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and lead tracking.Strong communication and research skills.Must be proactive, disciplined, and able to work without micromanagement.Must be comfortable working onsite in Johar, Karachi.What We Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience).Performance-based bonuses for hitting lead targets.Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling agency.Supportive environment with U.S.-based projects.Training on advanced lead-gen and agency operations.
