Job Title: Sales ConsultantDepartment: Sales & Business Development Location: Fincera Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary:The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and providing customized solutions to meet their needs. This role involves building strong client relationships, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to sales. Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementApproach potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking to generate new business opportunities.Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Provide professional consultation to clients, addressing their concerns and assisting them in decision-making.Sales Operations & Follow-upsHandle inquiries and leads generated through various channels including referrals, online platforms, and walk-ins.Maintain an updated record of leads and client interactions in the company CRM system.Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into successful sales.Collaborate with internal departments such as design, operations, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.Performance & TargetsAchieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue. Market Research & StrategyStay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and customer engagement.Customer Experience & After-Sales ServiceEnsure high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.Follow up after project completion or product delivery to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.Handle complaints or issues professionally, ensuring they are resolved promptly through coordination with the concerned departments. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from reputed institute.Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in any industry, preferably in a consultative or solution-based environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.Professional appearance and a confident personality.
